If you are 'of a certain age" and love music, you have those special albums or bands that you kept coming back to. Or keep coming back to. The Tail Gators were one of those bands for me. Probably discovered them in the used record bin in my favorite record store in Orlando in the mid 80's.
Straight ahead swampy rock and roll filtered through Texas and Louisiana. Killer crunchy, twangy guitar and a no-frills sound from three guys based in Austin.
